Corinne Mynatt is an independent design curator and cultural producer based in London. Her work focuses on design as a communication tool, whether visual, digital, or product, and how this in turn influences interpretation and perception. Her curated exhibitions and writing cover design and its crossovers with art, architecture and food, looking in particular to transdisciplinary practices. She draws from her practical and theoretical experience in these disciplines and an international network of designers, artists, and architects across the UK, Europe, and USA. She has a particular interest in food and its relationship with design, and is developing a book on the subject to be published in 2020.

Originally trained as an artist at Pratt Institute in New York and then at Central St. Martin’s in London, Corinne went on to complete a Masters in Contextual Design at the Design Academy Eindhoven. After working as an independent designer and curator, on return to the UK from the Netherlands she worked as a curator at the Royal Institute of British Architects and with design curator Jane Withers before establishing her own studio.
