This six part series for MOLD Magazine entitled Social Synergies, investigates the social structures – both seen and unseen – that underpin food production and consumption. The series unfolds to explore Space, Ritual, Sharing, Politics, Distribution and Biodiversity. These subtopics dive into social aspects of food on micro and macro scales.
